Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping across South Africa:

Western Cape	R450
All other provinces	R550

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment. Rates are inclusive of VAT.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Gauteng	3–5 business days
Western Cape	3–5 business days
Other provinces	5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to factors outside our control.

3. Courier Partners

We ship via The Courier Guy and Bob Go (multi-courier aggregator). Your order will be dispatched with the most appropriate courier based on your location and order size.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched
• Track your order using the tracking number provided via The Courier Guy’s website or Bob Go

5. Large and Bulky Items

Some large appliances (e.g. range hoods, freestanding ranges, refrigerators) may incur an additional handling or freight surcharge due to their size and weight. Any surcharge will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to no one being available to receive the order:

• The courier will leave a notification card
• A second delivery attempt will be made
• If delivery fails again, the order will be held at the nearest depot for collection
